Projects
The Siembra Minera Project is a large-scale gold-copper-silver development located in the mineral-rich Orinoco mining arc, in southeastern Venezuela. The project forms part of one of the most prospective undeveloped mineral corridors in the Western Hemisphere and hosts substantial gold, copper and silver mineral resources.
The project is being advanced as a modern open-pit mining operation supported by conventional large-scale mineral processing infrastructure designed to produce both gold doré, copper concentrates and silver. Development planning incorporates advanced geological modeling, staged mine sequencing, and engineered processing solutions intended to maximize recovery, operational efficiency, and long-term resource utilization.
American Heralds Mining Corporation is focused on progressing the project through disciplined technical execution and responsible development practices. The overall development strategy emphasizes operational reliability, scalable infrastructure, and sustainable production capability designed to support multi-decade mine life potential.
Siembra Minera ranks among the largest undeveloped gold projects globally, with a 2018 NI 43-101 technical report identifying total resources exceeding 52 million ounces of gold including 26 million ounces measured and indicated. The NI 43-101 technical report also identifies approximately 5 billion pounds of copper, including about 2.6 billion pounds in the measured and indicated categories.

The LMS Gold Project is an early-stage exploration asset located in the Goodpaster Mining District of Alaska, approximately 20 km north of Delta Junction and 150 km southeast of Fairbanks. The project covers approximately 2,331 hectares and consists of 36 contiguous State of Alaska mining claims.
LMS has an inferred resource of 267,000 ounces of gold using a cut-off grade of 0.5 g/t. Drilling programs have identified a robust mineralized system characterized by gold hosted within silicified breccias and structurally controlled vein networks typical of major deposits within the district.
Mineralization remains open along strike and at depth, indicating significant exploration upside and the potential for resource expansion. Ongoing geological interpretation and staged exploration programs are designed to further define the scale of the system and evaluate its long-term development potential as a standalone gold project.
